Price Offer

  • All product and services prices are in Australian dollars and include all taxes and standard delivery charges if applicable.
  • Promotional Prices are final prices, cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
  • Special offer prices, Specification and availability may be withdrawn or change without notice.
  • Innovative IT Support PTY LTD does not take any responsibility for any photographic, typographic or editorial, and we may update information or correct errors on website or in store without prior notice. If a product or services are offered (Quoted) with incorrect price due to any reason, IITSUPPORT will notify you of changes about errors and may at its absolute discretion, will take necessary step to process or cancel order where applicable.

Payment

  • You agree to pay the prices, taxes and freight quoted or listed, where applicable.
  • The total amount specified in the confirmed order is the amount payable.
  • Innovative IT Support PTY LTD accepts payment by valid Credit/Debit Cards, Direct Deposit, PayPal or Cash on pick up. Processing of payment for non-credit or debit cards will vary between payment methods and we will contact you if necessary, for any extra verification.
  • Due to PayPal seller restriction, order placed through PayPal needed to be shipped. Buyer will not be able to pick up item from store for PayPal payment.
  • Innovative IT Support PTY LTD will not be liable for any extra charges/fees incurred to you as result of chosen payment method.
  • Your credit/debit card will only be charged immediately or shortly after you have placed an order.

  • In certain situation, we may require you to re-authorize your chosen payment method to make sure authentication of transaction or required you to provide more information about transaction if applicable.

Shipping and Delivery

  • If customer chooses non-standard shipping fright charges associated will be your responsibility. We will provide such freight charges information at the time your Order placement.
  • Some deliveries may require a signature and tracking number will be provided.
  • Innovative IT Support PTY LTD will, depending on stock availability, or if required normally assemble and shipping your Order within 7-10 Business Days from the time of your Order. In some situation, your Order may ship later due to stock limitation or out of stock.
  • Once you place an Order, you will receive an estimated Order ship date. This will be based on Courier Company and you will be able check Order Status after your order is placed. Your actual Order ship date may vary due to inventory status or shipping company.
  • Normal Delivery time is estimated at 1 week after shipment to most major metropolitan areas, and 2 weeks after shipment to other areas (regional areas). Some Items may or may not ship together and you may receive separate invoices if items not shipped together.
  • In case of electronically delivered software Products (ESD), you will receive an email with an activation key and download link (Procedure to download). Any other Connection or Internet charges related with the download, access, and use of the software Product shall be your responsibility.

Australian Consumer Law

  • Consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it
  • Consumer guarantees do not apply misused a product in any way that caused the problem
  • Consumer guarantees do not apply knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product
  • Consumer guarantees do not apply if you asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted
  • Innovative IT Support PTY LTD return policy includes, and does not seek to limit or exclude, under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • All new goods (Products) sold by Innovative IT Support PTY LTD cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law in case of major failure you may be entitled to get replacement or refund.
  • The Australian Consumer guarantees do not apply if you changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
  • In case of MAJOR Problem, you choose for exchange or refund in following cases.
  • it has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it
  • it is unsafe
  • it is significantly different from the sample or description
  • It doesn’t do what the business said it would, or what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed.
  • In case of MINOR Problem with a product or service, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.

Return Policy

  • In case of any Products return will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price (inc. GST). Such restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • In case you have received item damage in transit we would request you to contact us asap or contact shipping company. We would also suggest you to take some photos as evidence to provide shipping company that item you have received was damaged in transit.
  • For any Apple Product, if you find any issue with item, we would recommend you to contact Apple Support to get solution asap. In case they found item is DOA or not fixable and they are unable to offer solution you can contact us for further instructions.

  • We do not offer 30 Days Change of Mind policy
  • Any Apple or Beats headphones we strongly recommend you to first contact apple support to get solution in case of any issue. 
  • You must include all of the Products, documentation and accessories intact and in their original packaging along with packing slip and shipping label if applicable.
  • Change of mind policy does not apply in case of electronically delivered software Product and has paid a software license fee.
  • Innovative IT Support PTY LTD return policy excludes any Services, third party goods or services and pre-installed software Products. All third-party goods or services return or refund requests should be directed to the provider.
  • All refunds will be made via the payment method used for the original transaction.
  • In case of returning item due to change of mind or any other reason except other than faulty item, cost of shipping will be paid by buyers.
  • In case of item Dead on Arrival, if a Product shows symptom of a hardware failure, preventing basic operation please notify us within 7 Days of delivery and we will try to arrange best possible solution to resolve issue in reasonable time frame.
  • Please provide the proof of purchase.
  • If we determine after inspection that the Product was not DOA, Innovative IT Support PTY LTD reserves the right to charge you the cost of collecting the Product from and returning it to you plus any costs of inspecting the Product will be minimum of $50.
