1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to locations within Australia only.

2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- During promotional events, clearance sales, public holidays, or periods of exceptionally high order volumes, processing times may be longer than usual.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).
3. Shipping Options and Delivery Times
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may be affected by factors outside our control, including public holidays, weather events, or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
- Free Standard Shipping may be available on qualifying orders. Please refer to our website for current promotions.
- Express Shipping is available at an additional cost and is calculated at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
6. Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. IITSUPPORT is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will provide instructions regarding redelivery or collection.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Please notify us within 7 days of the expected or confirmed delivery date if your parcel is lost or arrives damaged.
7. In-Store Pickup
We offer Click & Collect from our Wentworthville store.
Please select "In-Store Pickup" during checkout.
We recommend contacting us before placing your order if you require immediate collection so we can confirm stock availability or provide an estimated pickup time.

8. Shipping Restrictions
- Hazardous goods or oversized items may be subject to additional shipping restrictions.
- Some products may only be available for selected delivery methods.
- Special promotional, clearance, or heavily discounted products may be subject to purchase limits.
9. Fair Purchase Policy
To ensure all customers have a fair opportunity to purchase products during promotions, clearance sales, and special offers, IITSUPPORT reserves the right to apply the following Fair Purchase Policy:
- Promotional pricing is available while stocks last.
- Purchase limits may apply per customer, per order, per household, per business, or per shipping address.
- Orders that exceed advertised purchase limits may be cancelled or adjusted without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where we reasonably believe customers are attempting to bypass purchase limits by placing multiple orders, using multiple customer accounts, or providing different names or addresses.
- Orders identified as bulk purchases, commercial reselling, or purchases inconsistent with the intent of the promotion may be cancelled at our discretion.
- All orders remain subject to stock availability and payment verification.
- In the event of a pricing error, system error, website malfunction, supplier pricing issue, or stock discrepancy, IITSUPPORT reserves the right to cancel affected orders and provide a full refund.
- During major promotional events, order processing and dispatch may take longer than our standard processing times due to significantly higher order volumes.
- Customers who no longer wish to wait for dispatch may request a cancellation before shipment by contacting us via phone, email, or live chat. Where the order has not yet been dispatched, a full refund will be issued.
- We reserve the right to refuse service where fraudulent activity, abusive behaviour, or misuse of promotions is suspected.
