  • Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information (if applicable).

3. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

    • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  2. Express Shipping
    • Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days depending on your location.

Delivery times may vary based on factors such as public holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the order.
  • Free standard shipping may be available for orders exceeding a specific total value. Check our website for current promotions.

5. Order Tracking

For orders with tracking, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delivery delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Missed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier will provide instructions for redelivery or pickup.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at shopify@iitsupport.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

7. In-Store Pickup

  • We offer in-store pickup for local customers. During checkout, select the "In-Store Pickup" option, and we will notify you when your order is ready.
  • We encourage you to contact us before placing order for pick up to make sure item is available for pickup immediately or exact estimate pickup time.
